Community Enterprises Corporation has partnered up with TANTUM to create valuable, reliable, safe, and secure housing for low-income families. This property will be a four-story, 20-unit mixed-use multi-family rental building with ground-floor commercial space that will house social service agencies. The unit mix includes a range of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts which will cater to both individuals and families with a preference for veteran households. We anticipate initial move-ins to occur in October.

Must meet HUD HOME Income Guidelines listed below.
At least one household member must be a veteran for preference to apply
